Dog 2 $500.00 $65.00 _ 90 $500 One Time Per Apartment deposit for dogs. 0 - 40 lbs is $65 rent/dog; 41 - 65 lbs is $90 rent/dog; 66 - 90 lbs is $150 rent/dog. Maximum of 2 pets per home. Our pet-friendly apartments welcome most breeds of dogs. However, because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
